Kati帮我和我男朋友办理的入住手续！我们提前到了酒店，但是他们愿意先给我们看管着行李，房间准备好之后Kati发短信通知的我们。这儿的房间、Kati的贴心以及他对我们的帮助都令我们神魂颠倒。我们套房里的一切都很棒，我感觉无法用言语来表达我跟我的男朋友是有多喜欢住在这儿，我们下次来纽约的话，肯定还会住在这儿的。我们离开的那天正好下雨了，酒店还为我们准备了雨伞，真是个完美的句号呀。感谢这家酒店，为我们提供了如此舒适的房间，谢谢Kati对我们的热心照料！

The BEST you've ever stayed in?? Wow, thank you @Emily S! The rooms are huge and beautiful, but like you mentioned, the staff really makes it feel warm. Kati is an absolute rockstar at making guests feel at home and I'm so glad you were able to feel that from her. We can't wait to have you and your boyfriend back soon!

一年多以前，我们在这家的套间公寓里连续住了12晚。我们在肯尼迪国际机场（JFK）办理了通关手续，等了3个小时，然后心情不是很好地抵达了Lyric公寓。Kati和JP很热情地欢迎我们（我必须提出，看到他们开心的面孔和热情招待，我们心情非常好）。因为我们要住12晚，所以他们建议我们升级为双居室公寓。天啊，公寓太棒了，我们的心情马上变了，不禁惊呼：“纽约，我们来了！”。这是我们第一次来纽约，所以我事先研究了住宿地点，我其实有点担心这个选择是否正确，因为很多人倾向于预订时代广场地区的酒店。我百分百确定预订Lyric公寓是完全正确的，这里有我们需要的所有设施，而且实际上房间的居住面积超级宽敞。我敢肯定这就像我们家一样，而且实际上这栋楼的里里外外都很美丽。Lyric公寓附近的地方非常棒，马路对面就有地铁，附近也有很多吃的地方和杂货店（公寓楼里面也有一家）。这里距海港区仅几步之遥，这真是太好了，晚上可以出来放松一下。我向我的亲朋好友强烈推荐Lyric公寓。当你有了Lyric公寓，谁还想在时代广场停下来呢？不只是我这样认为，你肯定会百分百感受到作为纽约客的生活气息，而不是像一名游客。感谢你们让我们过了一个完美的假期。如果我非得提一个住在Lyric公寓的缺点，那就是我们必须得回家了:(。

@Whippets_Mom this is exactly what Lyric is all about. Rather than being another hotel in the middle of Times Square, we focus on living like a New Yorker. From the huge apartment style rooms to the residential amenities in the building, this is truly a taste of residency. Plus, many of the staff live within a few blocks of Lyric so you get some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff during your stay. I'm so glad that Kati and JP were able to drive this home for you. Thank you for the amazing review and we can't wait to host you again... hopefully the queue at customs will be shorter next time too :)

2019年8月我们住在利里克, 4个人住在两间公寓酒店里，这里提供了我们需要的一切。地理位置优越，很方便到达地下交通系统、布鲁克林大桥、炮台公园。唯一不好是来自垃圾收集和空调机组的噪音，但大部分都是小问题。还会再来一次并向别人推荐，在纽约度过美妙的假期。

Thanks for staying @Strikey02. Our central location in the Financial District is definitely great for getting around on foot or by subway; especially with the 2 and 3 lines across the street from us! I'm sorry to hear about the street noise- I suppose that's how it got the nickname 'the city that never sleeps'. We try to be proactive with standard white-noise machines and earplugs in the room. Let us know if you need anything else next time!

紧挨着归零地和金融区，步行20分钟到村庄，搭地铁20到30分钟到市中心/住宅区。这使得这家酒店非常便于享受纽约。客房很新，状况良好，比大多数酒店宽敞得多，配有设备齐全的厨房。隔壁有早餐和晚餐，解决方案一流。员工细心，价格有竞争力。非常好！

我们在Lyric酒店住的很开心。我出差通常会住在BPC的康拉德酒店。但是这次我和我妻子是来参加婚礼的，我想试试新的酒店。房间很大，酒店大厅也很有特色。酒店大厅就有很多吃的，甚至还有一个大的杂货店，所以非常方便。从华尔街走路去南街海港很方便，去东河坐渡轮，我们也能很快到达丹波。前台的Robert人很好！他给我们指路，无论我们问什么问题，他都没有不耐烦。

Hidden gem? WOW thanks @LondonFish5 we are all so happy that you discovered us! Unlike most hotels in Manhattan, we really do have huge rooms, plenty of character, and some AMAZING staff! Robert is one of our rockstars and I am so glad he was able to help you so much! Hope the wedding was nice and hopefully we can welcome you back on some of your work trips as well...
