The BEST you've ever stayed in?? Wow, thank you @Emily S! The rooms are huge and beautiful, but like you mentioned, the staff really makes it feel warm. Kati is an absolute rockstar at making guests feel at home and I'm so glad you were able to feel that from her. We can't wait to have you and your boyfriend back soon!

@Whippets_Mom this is exactly what Lyric is all about. Rather than being another hotel in the middle of Times Square, we focus on living like a New Yorker. From the huge apartment style rooms to the residential amenities in the building, this is truly a taste of residency. Plus, many of the staff live within a few blocks of Lyric so you get some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff during your stay. I'm so glad that Kati and JP were able to drive this home for you. Thank you for the amazing review and we can't wait to host you again... hopefully the queue at customs will be shorter next time too :)

Thanks for staying @Strikey02. Our central location in the Financial District is definitely great for getting around on foot or by subway; especially with the 2 and 3 lines across the street from us! I'm sorry to hear about the street noise- I suppose that's how it got the nickname 'the city that never sleeps'. We try to be proactive with standard white-noise machines and earplugs in the room. Let us know if you need anything else next time!
