曼哈顿有很多酒店和公寓，住在别的地方吧。首先，因为这个酒店的电梯，有一天我等了20楼……很多分钟后才到。没有人在意，酒店员工不会或不会试图修复这些问题，甚至不会试图为带来的不便道歉。第二，因为他们不在乎顾客的感受。第三，由于健身房的情况-陈旧，有灰尘，没有秩序。总而言之，所有的房间都是老式的，没有服务设施，基本上没有什么值得说的。去别的地方吧。

这是一个虽然老旧但却有魅力的酒店，在很棒的位置，步行就能到中央车站，很方便去旅游。感谢Sylvia，我们被升级到顶楼一个非常好的套房里。酒店里有24小时营业的礼宾休息室,那里有咖啡，软饮料，水，水果， 小吃店，快餐店等等。我们发现员工都非常友好，并且按照纽约标准收费也是非常合理的，非常值得的。

酒店位置很好。房间需要翻新，我们楼层的公共区域看起来很旧。我们楼的制冰机无法工作。标志提醒说去下一层。三天以来下一层楼也还是没有冰。其他楼层已翻新，但也不是全部。很奇怪。房间有点小，但是对于当地挺常见的。

带着女儿和两个青少年一起旅行去纽约。这里很方便可以步行到地铁站或者叫到优步打车。我们也步行去了很多地方。食物很棒，当我们很赶时间时，上菜也很快。房间有点小但可以接受，毕竟我们只是在这里睡觉而已。
