我和我的朋友在最后一刻预定了一件房间。这里在离我们的表演仅几步之遥的地方，我们喜欢这个如同隐藏的宝石一样的酒店。房间干净现代，浴室宽敞，并配有小冰箱、微波炉和咖啡机、还有室内小保险箱。价格公道。我们会回来的！

当我们到达酒店时我们受到了友好的前台工作人员的欢迎。酒店的行李员很乐于助人，也很专业，房间很干净，陈设也很好。因为它坐落在一个高楼林立的地区，所以它并不能看到纽约令人惊艳的景色，但是在我们提出想要一个可以看到风景的房间时，我们发现16楼房间的风景还是不错的。考虑到早餐是免费的，是我们套餐的一部分，它还算不错。老实说，如果我们每人付20美元，那么我肯定会在城里找个其他地方吃早餐。这家酒店没有游泳池，也没有自己的酒吧，在我看来，这是唯一真正让人失望的地方。位置很好。距离时代广场不近，这很安静，但也不远，步行5分钟即可到达。附近有很多地铁站，所以在城市里闲逛很方便。我们强烈建议参加观光旅游并获得景点通行证。如果你使用“城市观光/灰线之旅”，他们的办公室从酒店步行1分钟即可到达，所以超级方便。总之，是一个非常好的酒店。酒店很干净，工作人员乐于助人，非常友好，空调很不粗，所以夏天来纽约时，这里是你的不二之选。我很乐意再次入住。

It is pleasing to read that you enjoyed your stay overall and that you would happily return. We are privileged to have earned your recommendation.
Our staff will be thrilled to know that you felt they were friendly and helpful. We will surely let them know your words here.
Just a note, while it is very rare for a New York City hotel to have a pool, we do, in fact have a bar. Our Brazilian steakhouse, Churrascaria Plataforma has a separate lounge area with an extensive drinks menu and a slightly different menu that the main restaurant. It is located just off the main lobby and is advertised on the key packet and on in-room paraphernalia. Perhaps we can take you not noticing into account when we evaluate our signage and advertising.

酒店靠近时代广场、洛克菲勒和百老汇，处于绝佳位置。酒店本身有点令人失望。我们的房间没有像广告上说的那样在下午4点就准备好了。电梯非常小，运行速度非常慢。房间很好，但是电视比在纽约的其他酒店要小。礼宾员很粗鲁，当被问到机场班车和离酒店最近的地铁时，他显得很恼火。而且，也没人提醒我可以用酒店提供的汽车代替班车去机场。行李员知识渊博，待人友好。一个行李员为我安排好了回机场的车。

Thank you for commenting on your stay with us. We're happy to hear you agree with our great location but sorry your room was not ready by 4pm. This will be addressed with our housekeeping and front office management teams to ensure rooms are ready on time. We do a great job turning rooms after checkout but there are rare instances that we have a higher volume of check-outs than usual and it may take slightly longer to prepare all the rooms by 4pm. We will also address your concern with the concierge. The staff gets many accolades for their friendly and helpful service and we're sorry to hear that you did not have the same great experience. Thanks for bringing this to our attention so we can address it.

我和我的朋友经常入住贝尔福德尔酒店，至今大约有十五年了。我们喜爱这个地方。我们是购物狂人，没有什么城市可以和纽约相比了。贝尔福德尔酒店就是这里最好的住宿地方。客房里有非常好的床铺，真是太舒适了。Ricky 总是在前台，时刻准备登记入住。谢谢Ricky！！我给5颗星！

我们一家四口在五月底的时候来这家酒店住了五天。这家酒店装修有点过时，但是里面打扫的确非常的干净。酒店的地理位置特别好，从酒店出发去时代广场非常方便，只需要走十分钟就能到。酒店的员工特别好，非常的乐于助人，能够满足我们的需求，我们要求他们给我们安排高一些楼层的房间他们也同意了。唯一的一个问题是这边去17楼只有两个电梯，然后他们的电梯会在每一层都停一下，所以要花很多时间才能到17楼。推荐那些度假的旅客选择来这家酒店住，我们在纽约的这家酒店有很棒的居住体验。

Thank you for staying at The Belvedere Hotel and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your stay with us. This is helpful for us, to see what we do well and where we need to improve, and for potential guests as well.
We are thrilled to read that you enjoyed our location, that you found our staff pleasant and helpful, and that we were able to accommodate your request for a high floor!
Just a note about our elevators; there are actually 4 elevators for guest use. There are 2 in the center of the hallway and one at each end of the hallways. These, on the ends, usually are quicker and have less traffic.
