What a special time and what a special review you posted of your stay and the incredible and exceptional service that you received. I am absolutely delighted to hear that Kelly has made such a wonderful impact on your honeymoon and your person. It is relationships like these which provide the rewards that make our work in hospitality so rewarding. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay and even more delighted that you had the best service possible. Everyone on staff works very hard to provide the best experience possible for our guests, and your positive reinforcement of our efforts is always greatly appreciated! We are also sorry that you were unaware of the resort fees. We have done our best to be sure that all of our partners who book rooms with us disclose the resort fees on their websites, and do take care to check to be sure that is the case. Please let us know if there is a booking agent or website that does not clearly disclose the resort fees.We hope you will return and look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

我们到得很晚，但我们的登记入住进行的很顺利，当我丈夫解释说我们是在度蜜月时，我们的房间得到了升级。我们住在Sunstone大楼，可以看到附近山脉的美景，还可以欣赏美丽的日出。停车场在地下，我相信在冬天会特别有用。不过对于较大的车辆来说，空间相当狭窄。我们的房间设备齐全，几乎有我们需要的每一样用具。房间很好很舒适（我们用了电炉，很棒）。浴室里和房间的入口处有很多挂衣服的挂钩，可以挂你的衣服等等。对我们来讲网速也够用。在我们住宿期间，我们尝试了户外热水浴缸，在凉爽的山间空气中，这真是一种款待和享受。如果我们再去这个地区，我们一定会住在这里，并会向朋友推荐。

在游览完约塞米蒂公园之后，我们就住在这家酒店了。我们是9月份来到这里，所以现在不是滑雪的季节。酒店非常适合我们过夜。而且这个房间对于住宿来说是非常完美的。有着全不锈钢冰箱，洗碗机，水槽以及垃圾处理箱。我一定会再来的!

我从未在夏天去过猛犸山（通常是滑雪），但真是太神奇了！我们参观了温泉，恶魔堆，彩虹瀑布，并乘坐缆车到达了山顶。再加上正在举办慕尼黑啤酒节，所以真的很棒。提蒙策划了我们的旅行，他真的是太棒了！确保在上行班车遇到他，他真的很棒！！感谢提蒙

Thank you for staying with us this summer! Summer is absolutely amazing in Mammoth. There's a saying for those of us who moved to Mammoth which goes something like, "we moved to Mammoth for the Winter, and stayed (and probably never left) because of the Summer!" The beauty and the wealth of activities seems endless. Also, thank you so much for mentioning Timon in the review. We all work hard to provide the best service possible, and Timon is one of the best! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you this winter!

只值得1颗星，而且不会再预定这里了。出于尊重，满分5星的话，我给2星，Timon和Keith帮我们搬到其他地方去了。请仔细阅读这篇点评，房间热的像夏天里蒸桑拿一样，房间里没有空调，而且风扇也是没用的。你睡觉的时候必须保持窗户开着，洒水装置会在午夜叫醒你，然后在凌晨3点50分再次叫醒你

We are so happy to hear that you had such wonderful service from Keith and Timon, and I have personally recognized and rewarded them for their hard and continued work! We hope to see you again at JSR and thank you! We do apologize that we do not have air conditioning in the rooms, as it is usually not needed at 8,000', however we did experience an abnormally hot period of weather this summer. We are trying to work with our owners to find a solution for those few instances to better serve our guests.
