Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We appreciate the feed back. We have recently added Raisin Bran to our breakfast and are in the process of changing to bananas from Oranges. With regards to the omelets, they are pre-cooked, however we are looking into scrambled eggs instead. Please come back and visit us and see the changes we are making.

Thank you for the feed back. Our guest's feed back is always welcome and appreciated. We have been diligently working to improve the Quality of our hotel and property, and have recently changed all of the bedding, pillows, linens and towels in our rooms. Each time one project is complete we move on to the next and will continue to do so until our property meets the expectations of our guests. As discussed on the phone, when I came to the hotel, there was no mention of an issue with bed bugs. We have a monthly inspection by a pest control company and consistently sell out, without complaints or mention of any issues. As a gesture of good faith, your night was refunded and you were asked to contact us directly with any items you felt should be covered by our property, however, we did not receive any requests for reimbursement. We currently do not have any issues with bed bugs and continue to have our required monthly service by our pest control company.
