We are an extended stay hotel and cater to the longer staying guest. We do offer everything you need in your suite such as kitchen items, extra linens upon request at the front desk. We do this to help keep those items clean for our next guest. We do also offer a grab and go style breakfast each morning. Our housekeeping only visits for guests staying a week or more. However if needed more frequently we do offer those services at an extra fee. I am so sorry for your experience and hope you will reconsider a future stay next time you are in the area.
