Our Ambassador Suites are certainly special, from the ample size (700 square feet, the size of two "regular" hotel rooms at most downtown Baltimore hotels) to the French doors that separate the bedroom from the living room. Each Ambassador Suite offers breathtaking views of the beautiful Inner Harbor, as well as the amazing bath with the huge soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity that has HDTV built right into the vanity mirror. Besides the great views, being located right across the street from the Inner Harbor means that there's an exciting array of restaurants, shops, and world-class attractions just steps away from our front doors. As you've mentioned, we have a rooftop basketball court just outside our Fitness Center, and we also have a few other unexpected treasures there including a tennis court, men's and women's saunas, a racquetball court, and even a fitness room complete with weekly yoga and Pilates classes! I'm glad that you enjoyed our spacious, well-appointed guestrooms, which are the largest 'standard' accommodations anywhere in Baltimore at 420 square feet. I apologize that you had trouble connecting to our fast, free Wi-Fi, as this is not a common challenge for our guests. I love the idea of having some Wi-Fi extenders on property to combat this issue should it occur again. Also, I apologize for the poor condition of the mini fridge in your guestroom. We've recently received our new stock of mini fridges, and our maintenance team has been swapping out each older fridge for a new fridge as needed; we'll have to determine what room you stayed in and do the same. Though a microwave is not an amenity typically offered in guestrooms at upscale hotels with a full-service restaurant, we do have a few on hand that we're happy to lend to our guests upon request. I agree with you about the need to re-stock our complimentary infused water more often, and I will work with our team to ensure that this is accomplished. Finally, regarding parking, always check our website for value-added packages that include valet parking in the package price. This will save you money, as well as make things easier by having our team take care of loading and unloading your belongings and parking your vehicle.
