这里可能是我们在萨凡纳期间最喜欢的住地了。房间无可挑剔,办理入住手续很快,服务也很出色。Clarence特别棒,他非常友好且乐于助人。酒店远比那家附近号称是“四钻”级的酒店来的要好。下次我们肯定还会再入住这里。

我们在到一个近亲家里拜访时住在这里,酒店员工很投缘,我们在那的三天里非常有礼貌。房间整洁干净。离餐厅很近,非常美味。前台的Zipprorah 和Willis 非常专业,同时也很有风度。代客泊车服务像预期的一样及时、谦卑。

酒店有现代化的装修和很棒的早餐。如果你去的早的话,可以在酒店后面免费停车,如果去的晚的话,就只能付钱给停车场工作人员了。如果你要乘坐空中缆车进行游览的话,缆车公司就在街对面,他们会在酒店前面来接你的。如果你开车到历史文化区的话,车很难开过去,或者停车的地方距离你想去的地方非常远。我们住的小别墅离游泳池很近。我们非常喜欢我们的房间。当然,如果没有早上5点的着火警报就好了。很多女士服务的早餐区非常棒。

我喜欢这个酒店,周围有很多好玩的地方,本来是希望住的离市中心再近一点。早餐很棒,晚上活动丰富。总体而言很好,附近有不少小餐馆和购物的地方。另外,这里也允许携带宠物。

不要去想南部的住宿条件了,因为你不会在这里经历这些。对这里的前台的第一印象不好,一点都不热情,不跟我们打招呼,没有眼神交流,也不乐于助人。对这家万豪酒店非常失望。酒吧女侍、泊车员还有早餐小姐是我在这里遇到的最棒的人。这里的家政比较糟糕,浴缸里头发,浴室窗帘很脏,地板都没有好好用吸尘器清洁,厨房的案台很脏,垃圾桶很恶心,壁橱的门还从墙上掉下来了!这个地方也很吵,我还可以听到楼上的走路声,以及大力关门的声音!这家酒店本身还是不错的,位置也不错,但是却搞成这个样子,真是羞耻。

I was happy to hear that you found our Breakfast Attendants and Bartender to be hospitable. I regret, however, that you were not greeted warmly by our Front Desk Associate. We take pride in our customer service and no one should ever leave feeling that any of our staff is unfriendly. We have addressed your comments with all of our Front Desk Associates to ensure that this was an isolated incident.

As a valued guest, we see that there is room for improvement based on your feedback and that there were several cleanliness issues, as well. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance and we have shared your comments with our Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments.
Please accept our apology for not meeting your expectations during your stay. As we strive to deliver a flawless guest experience, your feedback will help as we strive to continue to improve our hotel operations.
