First of all, we would like to express our sincerest heartfelt gratitude for having chosen Berry Amour Romantic Villas to stay in during your recent romantic getaway in the suburb of Seminyak area.
We are so thrilled to read your review pertaining to the entire romantic stay with us having lived up to your expectations. We can not thank you enough for making all efforts in recommending Berry Amour to those couples in a desperate pursuit of a totally confined privacy - romantically peaceful private pool villa, where to express their romantic illusion in an intimate atmosphere. 根据评价和口碑来选择蜜月目的地并不容易，但是我和我的妻子在这件事上迈出了坚定的一步，而且也不后悔。贝瑞爱情别墅和员工真的让我们有宾至如归的感觉，像对待家人一样对待我们。很棒的服务和漂亮的别墅，我们的隐私也得到了很好的保护。房间总是保持干净，工作人员总是能满足我们的任何需要，怎么夸赞这个地方都不够。我们每天6小时的旅行，由我们的新好朋友魏先生陪同，简直令人惊叹，他是一位伟大的导游，向我们展示了巴厘岛真正的美丽。用2个大拇指和5颗星给贝瑞阿莫尔别墅酒店和工作人员！

Thank you so much for posting a 5 star rated review following your recent romantic getaway with us. After reading your compliments thoroughly, I took a deep breath to have gained this such motivating achievement of being able to amaze your stay. It is a credit for us as a team to shine at all time.
I do understand myself of how hard to find a suitable private pool villa in the crowd for lovers in particular to live a celebration for two ecstasy in the Island of Paradise Bali. I illustrate it in an Indonesian saying as " to find a needle in a pile of the rice straws". We are so flattered that Berry Amour Romantic Villas is the one that has fulfilled your dream honeymoon come true.
We indeed keep intensifying the romantic DNA as our unique selling proposition and improving all aspects of how to deliver a great romantic customer experience at all time and help them become a truly gifted lover ever. Wi, our driver, again, is the gem of the company who always outperforms to delight our every single client to include you. We wish that love always bonds you both not only till 70's but the afterlife. Love needs to be constantly reignited though. Look forward to welcoming you back to Berry Amour Villas in due course.

我们在贝瑞阿莫尔别墅酒店住了四个晚上。工作人员的服务很出色，而且非常热情好客。特别是Widi和Wi，乐于助人并且反应迅速，让我们在巴厘岛的住宿非常轻松。贝瑞阿莫尔真的很棒，很伤心我们就快要离开了🍓强烈推荐给正在计划浪漫假期的夫妇们。

我们在贝瑞阿莫尔别墅酒店度过了一段美好的时光，所有的员工都很乐于助人。所有的员工都能记住我们的名字，这让我们感觉很特别。别墅里的设施很好，包括我们需要的一切。酒店的位置还可以，附近有很多餐馆，步行10分钟就可以了。我们强烈建议夫妇们待在贝瑞阿莫尔别墅酒店。

We greatly appreciate your emphasizing that Berry Amour Villa is a Must Stay Villa for Couple. Indeed, Berry Amour Villas is exclusively designed for lovers to live their dreamy love story in the island of Paradise Bali. Our product is so niche and so is our market. I feel so flattered to realize that you enjoyed your entire stay with us. Remembering your name is our primary focus on engagement strategy with our valued guests. I am glad that you could have experienced this.I agree with you that the location is so strategic to enjoy nearby attractions and embrace the romantic serenity of the villa premises. There will be a new restaurant nearby to the west direction, Mr. Bob Bar & Grill, opening 26 June 2019. It will expand the range of food selection from walking distance only eateries. The new center is getting a lot closer in the future. Look forward to welcoming you back into Berry Amour Villas in due course.

最近，为了庆祝我们的20周年结婚纪念日，我和老婆在这家酒店住了一段时间。这家别墅酒店很清静，同时也非常注重保护客人的隐私。酒店的服务员很出色，无论我们是出门，还是回到酒店，他们都会亲切地致以问候。餐厅的菜肴非常特别。有一晚，餐厅的主厨同我们共进晚餐，为我们介绍菜品和食材，让我们倍感惊喜。每天当我们外出回来的时候，都能在房间里发现“惊喜”：从漂亮的毛巾，到服务员的贺词，等等，我们很喜欢。这里的按摩服务也是非常棒。住在这里的每一刻，都令我们心满意足。 以后一定还会再来！

This celebration we believe has amplified the feeling of your growing love after being together away from home in a romantic private pool villa sanctuary to fill in your love tank fully.
We are so glad that you had an entirely wonderful experience in the genuine caring hospitality rendered by our highly dedicated team that always strives for excellence to stand out from the crowd amidst this escalating competition in the industry. I cant thank our chef enough to host you a management courtesy dinner and shared his expertise in cooking with you. In addition, our housekeeping team indeed has the expertise in creating a romantic surprise to have amazed your stay all time. Furthermore, our spa was so great to have also contributed their excellence to your compliments. Love needs to be constantly nourished though. 我们是来巴厘岛度蜜月的，在这家酒店住了四晚。这里的服务员非常出色，他们一直很热情地招待我们，不停地为我们制造惊喜，并且帮助我们完成了许多浪漫的事。提醒一下，要想预定房间，必须到酒店的官网才行。除了客房，酒店还提供免费的晚餐、旅行和按摩服务。我们的房间非常宽敞，按摩也相当棒。酒店安排的导游也很好友好。给这家酒店打4颗星，而非5颗星的唯一原因就是，酒店的食物太简单了，种类很少。我们在这里住得开心极了。强烈推荐。

Thank you so much for having spent your valuable time to post your recent romantic experience stay with us. If you booked a room directly to our website, there are some choices of packages that help you plan your budget a lot better. a package with inclusive add on extras is enable you to figure out your holidaying expenses. We are so thankful that you booked a package directly to our website. I am glad that our authenticity of romantic DNA has started resonating its vibe. Your room was Abrazo, a Temptation Themed Villa. It derives from Spanish meaning 'hug'. It is our signature theme with sexy transparent shower room and honeymoon stool. The bed setting position is diagonal. All this set up brings lovers to a different level of romantic experience.
It is very understandable that you gave us a 4 star rated review out of 5 for a particular reasoned area to improve ahead. Your feedback shows us how much you care for our future success and it is a stick for us to take a necessary action for further improvement. I have shared it with the chef and the entire team to be more aware of and anticipate to such an occurrence in the future. I know that we cant erase the past but improve the future.
We cant thank you enough for highly recommending Berry Amour Villas to those lovers in search of a love themed private pool villa to live their upcoming love celebration in the island of Bali.
