Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As we discussed on the phone this morning, I am truly disturbed by the encounter that you had with our front desk agent! It is not our goal in any way to swindle money from our guests. The lot across the street has had some security issues but to deliver it in that way is alarming to say the least. I VERY much apologize for the this strange experience and I have spoken with the front desk agent about her attitude and delivery.
