我们非常喜欢这个度假酒店。景色漂亮极了。我不能给它打满分的唯一原因是由于参加夏威夷宴会的人太多,我一连两天找车位都很困难(尽管每天都付了按日计费的停车费)。

这个酒店过时了,它的生意很大程度上依仗于它地处岛上。我们在此得到的是典型的服务,干净的毛巾和床,但我们得要求他们把垃圾拿出去,都是诸如此类的小事。海景很美,抚慰人心。如果你忘带海滩巾了,可以从酒店拿。酒吧的欢乐时光很棒,有很多休息区。附近有很多吃喝的地方。

第二次入住皇家科纳度假村。这是一家不错的酒店。景色优美,交通便利,房间很舒适。酒店维护得很好,大堂、游泳池、泻湖以及酒吧都很棒。房间有点过时了,但是很干净,很舒服。以后还会再来的。

这家酒店的房价过高、装修风格很旧、房间没有家具,酒店的无线网络需要收费,我想这是夏威夷唯一一家收费的酒店。工作人员办理入住登记手续很慢,我们提前了半个小时到达酒店,工作人员告诉我们,如果房间提前准备好了,他们会打电话通知我们,然而,他们一直都没有打电话来。我们叫了行李员两次,他都没有帮忙,最后,我们自己把行李拿到了房间。另外,水疗看起来并不吸引人,房间的隔音效果不太好,一直很吵,房间很旧,就像我们在这间房住了很久一样。

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are an older property, but we have a rich history and offer clean, comfortable rooms. We strive to be priced fairly, and thus we do not charge a daily resort fee on top of the room rate, awarding our guests a huge savings they wouldn't find elsewhere. We only charge guests for utilities they use, and are proud to offer guests a chance to relax and unplug. We cannot always offer early check in, as we need time to clean and prepare after the previous guest checks-out. This is why our check-in time is 4 pm, and why we never guarantee early check-in. We are very sorry that there were some areas where service was lacking, but we hope you will give us a chance in the future to provide the high quality stay we are known for.
