房间提供所需基本用品，毛巾，支装水、雪柜、有咖啡但只有纸杯。灯掣有不明污渍。办理入住手续时，员工全程黑面，没有说明每晚城市税要收多少，房间对开大马路，有大工程。胜在格价性价比高，减价时预订每晚EUR50，可接受。

今年五月的时候我在这里。员工是好的。早餐是国际性的。离市中心和巴黎景点很远。到处都是吵闹的亚洲游客。这是一个很好的商业选择。在酒店周围有一些土耳其烤肉快餐和迷你市场。它位于一个对游客安全的区域内。

没什么特别的。我和家人要了间有3张床的房间，和其他我所住过的酒店相比，这里非常拥挤。几乎不能随意挪动行李，也不能到处走。其他一切，如早餐，室内设计，客户服务，都很普通的。不值得再来一次。

Please accept my sincere apology for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay and I regret our hotel did not live up to your expectations. Rest assured that your comments will be reviewed by our team and take actions accordingly.
I appreciate your feedback and hope that you'll give us a chance to serve you again in the future, for this future stay we could recommend to book one of our executive rooms which are bigger, around 19m² and great to welcome 3 people.

我们住了三个晚上。房间干净但不宽敞。员工是很好。早餐符合标准。地点离巴黎市中心很远。邻里之间到处走动是不舒服的。附近有一条街道正在施工。

我在这里住了一晚。这里的房间很好，我住在顶楼，所以比较安静。主要问题是，他们在同一时间接待了大量的游客，虽然不是什么问题，但他只是一个旅馆。在早餐时间，他们似乎为坐巴士来旅游的游客们提供了一份迷你早餐，但是当我下楼的时候，没有人告诉我有提供早餐。我在中途岛吃了一顿非常简约的早餐，餐厅没有位置可坐。后来有人告诉我，一楼有提供早餐。啊！为什么没有人早点告诉我。酒店外面的狭窄马路边上停了非常多的公交车，有很多人站在门口抽烟，让人不是很舒服。

We were very glad to welcome you at the hotel Holiday Inn Paris Porte de Clichy and are delighted to read that you enjoyed our top floor rooms with their small balcony and its nice view of the city.
Regarding the breakfast, we are very sorry that we did not communicate earlier that two breakfast rooms exist in the hotel. Rest assured that your comment will be reviewed by our team and take actions accordingly.
Smokers are not allowed in hotel, all our rooms are strictly no-smoking, people must unfortunately smoke outside.

酒店主要用于商务旅行，如果没有其他选择的话，设施还行，早餐还行，床很舒服，浴室是很基本的，酒店没有魅力，不花哨，位置糟糕，社区不欢迎人，地铁一号线13号是巴黎最糟糕的线路了，最后准备好在早上6点就开始听到汽车喇叭声音吧。除非你没有其他选择了。

First of all, we want to thank for the time taken to share your experience on Tripadvisor. We were glad to welcome you at the hotel Holiday Inn Paris Porte de Clichy for your stay in Paris.
We confirm we are mainly a business hotel situated in the area of Clichy. The neighborhood is in a complete transition with the construction of the new "Palais de Justice" and constructions. In few months a new Tramway will be delivered the area, as well the automatic metro line 14. As well we are at only 25km from both airports of Paris, Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle.
For the noise issues, do not hesitate to book one of our very quiet rooms on the patio of the hotel !
