Thank you for the feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you had such a poor experience. We were understaffed during that holiday week when you visited us. Two staff members were suddenly out sick for multiple days. We did our best to get adequate replacement coverage, and the managers all covered lots of hours, but with the holiday it was hard to get people to work extra shifts. That is not an excuse- it is not acceptable - and we have addressed the staffing issues, As far as the behavior of the staff you witnessed, it is frankly embarrassing and unacceptable. I am sincerely sorry that you were treated so poorly. We have taken serious action to discipline and re-train this person. I can sincerely testify that your experience was the norm at our hotel, but that is not helpful to you since it was your experience. If you would like to discuss the stay more, I do hope you will call the hotel and ask fr me. I would love to be able to apologize more personally.

Our medium firm pillow top mattresses were chosen because they seem to be the best fit for the widest number of users, but they were too soft for you and I am sorry about that and your shoulder hurting. We do have a variety of room types available, some have view of the street and some are more spacious. If you should you be our guest again, we would love to have you try a different one out.
