First of all, thank you for choosing to stay at the inn, and although we are extremely disappointed to hear the comments you have provided, we appreciate the honesty in your sentiments. We are, of course, truly sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. The fact is, that very recently, we made many improvements to the hotel. These include: new carpets in all guest rooms, replacement of furniture and repainting all guest rooms, new 55 inch TV’s in all guest rooms, and much more. We take the comments of all of our guests very seriously, and we will be sure to use your comments as a means for improvement, moving forward. Please know that your carpet was brand new. I believe the smell you are referring to, was a direct result of that. I’m sorry that it bothered you, and that you did not like the color.
We take very seriously your comments about bugs and cobwebs in our bathroom. We employ very high cleanliness standards at our inn, and I’m surprised and embarrassed that you encountered a bug and a cobweb in the bathroom. We have used your review, as a catalyst, with the housekeeping staff, to make sure that this does not happen again.
Please accept our apologies about your food items, LaGringa53. It appears that that our employee, when putting your refrigerator in your room, did not turn down the temperature dial, sufficiently. I hope we have helped you feel better about that, through our direct conversation, and by offering you compensation for some of the issues that you had, while you were here.
