Thank you for your email. I apologize that you thought the hotel was old as it is has been completely remodeled and is a Holiday Inn Express. I also appreciate all the other kind words that you expressed in your Trip Advisor review. You did point out that we do not have access from the parking directly into the hotel. I apologize if you were not told that you can walk straight in from the second floor parking right to the elevators, I will make sure our staff knows to let all guests know this wonderful feature. I also appreciate the compliment about the spacious clean rooms with enough storage area to be able to hang all your clothes. It is a great feature for our over seas guests that have been traveling from city to city.

I apologize the room temperature was inconsistent. We recognized we had an inconsistency with our chillers and have received new equipment to resolve the issue.
We are in a prime location downtown, near many nearby attractions such as the Capitol Theatre, and the Salt Palace Convention Center, and Vivint Smart Home Arena. It's been a few years since the team reached the finals and the fans in Utah show their love, sometimes to an extreme. I am happy our location served your needs.
