普罗维登斯比尔总体上是很棒的.每一位员工都非常的友好并且非常的乐于助人。这间旅馆位于中心位置，可以直接步行去一些景区。我唯一不满意的使我们的房间：X11和X29房间离电梯很近，非常的狭窄。前台确实提到过它们离电梯很近并且可能会很吵。（事实上很安静），但是他们没有提到房间的布局是不同的。虽说如此，我下次来普罗维登斯还是要住在这里。更多

酒店很有一种老式酒店的感觉, 但很干净。我个人是满喜欢的。酒店房间就还好, 没什么特别, 大堂比较漂亮。
酒店每层在电梯的位置, 有一个可以搜信的地方, 信会滑下去大堂的邮箱! 感觉好可爱喔～ 有兴趣的朋友可以寄一封信试试看XD
酒店附近有大的shopping mall, 购物满方便的。火车站跟巴士站也在附近, 徒步可以到的距离, 去火车站可能10分钟左右。
前台工作人员态度都很好，有什么问题都会仔细解答。

酒店很古老，充满历史气息。地理位置优越。内设停车位，25美元/天。房间宽敞舒适，但需要重新装修一番。十月初，房间内的温度很低，中央供暖还未实行。所以他们给了一台小型加热器。但在这样大的房间内几乎没什么用。以这样的价格，难免令人失望。
