Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am pleased to read that you liked our location, amenities, and the newly refurbished rooms. I apologize for the appearance of your towels. I assure you our housekeeping team takes good care with the cleaning process as well as wear and tear. The towels you describe are not the quality or standard we have and I have already shared your review with the housekeeping supervisor for additional investigation and follow up. I am sorry this upset what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Please feel free to email our guest services team at waikiki.regency@hyatt.com should you have any questions or additional comments regarding your stay.

价格很高，但是地理位置非常好。早餐很美味，酒店的员工也很棒。我们入住期间升级到了全海景房，以后肯定会再回来的。唯一不好的就是等待电梯的时间太久了了。

我和妻子为我们最近的夏威夷之旅预订了这个度假胜地，我们没有感到失望。一切都很干净，房间大小也很合适。人们抱怨电梯的等待时间比较长，但我们从未真正等待超过几分钟。这里离海滩只有几步远。如果非得说有什么缺点的话，那就是泳池太小了，容纳不了这么多人，但每次我们去的时候，都不会觉得太拥挤。我们被安排住在12楼的一个房间，就在电梯旁边，但我们从来没有被任何噪音打扰过。当我们在那里的时候，我们还去看了一下该地区的其他酒店，电梯似乎运行得更有效率，这应该是这栋建筑的设计问题。每栋楼只有4部电梯。

这家酒店是我们可能做出的最糟糕的决定！ 我们到的第一天他们偷了我的背包！！ 因此我们必须做一份警察报告，但报告从未退还。当我们为海景房付款时，他们给了我们海景。 这样就不会给我们退款的差价或更换房间！两天后，我怀孕的妹妹醒来，腿和肚子都布满了床虱的咬痕！ 他们仍然不给我们退款！ 因此不用说，因为这两家酒店花了我们几周的时间，我们得"谢谢"凯悦酒店（Hyatt Regency）。他们工作人员很粗鲁，一点也不在乎。 到目前为止，是整个岛上最糟糕的地方！！！

我在这里庆祝我的50岁生日。酒店位于享受怀基基海滩的完美位置，道路对面就是海滩和公爵雕像，这是一个大多数旅游团和粉红色线电车站的上车点。尝试预订含早套餐，因为早餐是绝对惊人的，食物选择很多，鸡蛋站很棒。我一定还会回到凯悦酒店。
