I am sorry to read that you felt you weren't treated the same as your husband. We at Hard Rock practice Love All, Serve All, one of our motto's, and it is disheartening to read that you felt our staff were profiling you. I trust that this was in no way the intention of our staff and regret that you feel this way. Your comment has been shared with all departments to ensure that such actions are never repeated.
I understand your frustration in regards to the arrival process. Being able to check-in to your room at the promised time is one of the most basic expectations and I am very disappointed that we were unable to fulfil this for you. Along with the General Manager, I am currently working with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure that whatever issues are causing the delay in turning around rooms such as yours by 3pm are resolved, that way we can be sure that the problem is never repeated.
In regards to the sound proofing, your feedback has been shared with the Chief Engineer and his team take such feedback seriously and will take necessary action on the issue you raised.
As for the bed bugs, I've alerted the Housekeeping team on this and they will be making checks ASAP. Thanks for letting us know.
Once again, I apologize that our services left you feeling underwhelmed and upset. We look forward to showing you the true Hard Rock experience should you decide to return.

中规中矩，以五星级来讲可以表现的更好，尤其是早餐，跟其他五星级酒店比起来略显逊色。不过位置倒是不错，走出去就可以到沙滩了，游泳池也满大的，是度假的好地方。虽然离市中心有点远，但当地搭车价钱很便宜。另外走10-20分钟有个当地夜市。总体来说算是个远离人群的渡假好地方。另外很推荐住在一楼的房间，虽然价钱比较贵，但一出去就是游泳池了

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us.
Your feedback on the breakfast served has been shared with the culinary team, and they are constantly working to improve the quality and quantity of food available in the buffet. We’ve just launched a new breakfast selection which rotates daily. Our Culinary Team is hard at work, ensuring that our breakfast is a breakfast for champions!
The rooms on the ground floor are the Lagoon Deluxe Rooms and they are our most popular room category, and our guests rave about the unique direct access to the swimming pool. But be warned they book out fast, so next time you’re heading to Penang be sure to reserve one in time!

饭店在网上不少媒体(如 FlyOutHK , she, etc)都推介过, 今次亲身试过发现名不虚传, 小朋友开心到不想走, 价钱亦都很有竞争力, 只是地点有点远, 不过叫的士亦很方便, 反正带着小孩不用拖行李。

We are very glad to read that you and your family had such a rocking stay with us, and that you were able to enjoy so many of the facilities that the hotel offers.
Yes, the Hard Rock Hotel Penang is indeed a great place to bring your family. The facilities and amenities we provide are largely catered to families with children and there's nothing that brings us more joy than to know that the little rockstars are having a great time.
Our location is one of our best features in that it’s a bit quieter at this end of the beach away from the markets. We do however provide a free shuttle bus to the markets which leaves every half an hour starting at 6.30pm daily.
Georgetown is indeed a 30 minute ride from the hotel. Grab is a ride-hiring app that's free for download. A Grab to Georgetown from the hotel ranges from RM 12 – RM25 depending on the distance. Besides Grab, you can also use the buses that frequent Batu Ferringhi (Route 101 & 102). There’s bound to be one every 10-15minutes and the bus stop is directly outside our hotel. The free shuttle bus provided by the hotel does not bring you to the city but will bring you to the night market. The shuttle service is available from 6:30pm to 11pm, taking drives every half an hour.

酒店的优点是有游泳池和信息娱乐设施。缺点是这里的服务和气味。酒店服务不太好，因为每次我打电话给客房服务需要洗衣袋，他们总是给我所要求的一半。房间和走廊中也存在气味问题。

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us.
Your observations are true - this is a great hotel to stay with a family! Hard Rock Hotel Penang actually wins awards every year for being such a family friendly hotel, but what we pride ourselves in is being able to help create experiences for all our guests, whether they are families, couples, solo travelers or groups of friends.
I am sorry to read that our Housekeeping staff did not perform at their best during your stay. This feedback has been shared with the Housekeeping Manager and her team to improve on immediately.
Your feedback on the odour smell in the room has also been shared with the Housekeeping Manager, and she will ensure this does not recur for our future guests.
We would love the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel, and I am sure we can make it a much more rocking experience.

超爱Lagoon View! 我们可以走出房间的阳台就可以直接到游泳池了.. 把酒杯放在阳台上，游到累了就去喝一杯，跟男友聊聊天。 在泳池还可以听到海浪声，short escape 就是要这样！

我们在这家酒店度过了非常愉快的时光。作为四口之家，我们住在两个内部连通的泻湖风格房间。从房间走出来，沿着房间的私家台阶就能进入超棒的游泳池。自助早餐提供各种食物，能满足每个人的需求。我们大多数时候都很喜欢在傍晚去海滩散步观看日落，然后前往夜市。

We are very glad to read that you and your family had such a rocking stay with us, and that you were able to make the most of the very popular Lagoon Deluxe Rooms. These rooms are not only spacious and well appointed, but the ability to swim out into our huge lagoon pool straight from the room is a unique experience that many guests really enjoy.
Thanks also for your comment on breakfast. Our culinary team are always working hard to make sure our meals are of great quality and to everyone's liking. The breakfast spread is designed to appeal to a multitude of tastes, and great to see you were able to find something that suited.
