On the other hand, the shower issue it is something we have to solve. We believe that having curtains it is not hygienic.

First of all, thank you for your visit ate the VIK Club Coral Beach and for leaving your opinion about our complex.
We would like to inform you that All Inclusive means that you have meals and drinks included during all services. Having All Inclusive does not means that you can have everything that you find at the complex.
All the information that you are complaining about it is posted on our website. We have written all services that we have, and we explain which services are not included. Besides this some of them are just with a refundable deposit, such as Air Conditioning.
We read all our reviews and we are grateful about them because it is one of the ways to improve. What happens is that people does not read our website. We usually have people requesting a “High floor room”.
Regarding guests requests it is just a wish that people have for their holiday. Everybody wants the best for their holiday. We have different villa categories for what people pay for, and that it is what you are going to get. Our reception staff does its best to please people requests. Besides this, we can assure you that we were fully booked in November.
We can include all the services that you are talking about like big hotels do but in that case we will have to raise our rates.
Our staff cleans every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Besides this we want to apologize for any possible mistake during your stay.
All in all, we want to tell you that we try to do our best to make our guests spent a special time at the VIK Club Coral Beach obviously this was not the case and we want to apologize for that.

In first place, we would like to thank you for the choose you made by staying at the VIK Club Coral Beach your last November holiday. We really appreciate the comments you and all our visitors left at this website because it is one of the ways for us to improve.
We want to apologize the confusion about drinks you experienced. We wrote again our drink information as you suggested and we will try to be clearer in our explanations in the near future.
We will send your greetings to our Chef and to our cooking staff and we will tell them about your beautiful words. It is very important for them.

To begin with, we would like to thank you for leaving this comment about your last holidays at the VIK Club Coral Beach. We believe this is essential for improving our services.
We would like to tell you that we are located in Playa Blanca, and there is no place named Coral Beach but our place. We are a quite family complex in which you can relax, we are proud of being away and all this can be found at our website (there is nowhere that you can read which says we are by the centre).
We have a cleaning quality control that does not allows to give a Villa to new guests without being checked beforehand. Our staff cleans every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (which includes emptying the bins). Besides this we want to apologize for any possible mistake during your stay.
Regarding the light bulbs, it is normal to burn them because of use. The normal procedure is calling the reception so we can know you are having a problem.
We had experiences some problems with our swimming pool due to a not proper working from the heating pump for what we must apologize for.
The restaurant attends lots of different nationalities for whom we try to do what we think is best. It is not easy to catch up with everybody’s taste, though we think we do it (as most of our feedback is good). Obviously this was not the case.
We offer a very good Internet service, fast and everywhere (you can use it in the Villa which is more comfortable than a Café or a Bar). Some hotels offer free wifi with very poor speed and only at the reception area. Besides this roaming it is much more expensive than our rates. We believe 25€ for a week it is not that much (3, 5€ per day when using 1 week voucher).
The air conditioning is for free. We only ask for a 10€ deposit which is refundable. Not charge at all.
To sum up, we want to apologize for not coming up with your expectations. We would like to show you that we take serious our guests feedback.
