We are sorry to read that despite being in the hotel, you already decided to rate us, since it is not the fastest way to take corrective actions during your stay. We really regret you didn’t contact our Guest Relations team in order to track your stay and to make it more enjoyable, since it is the department in charge of looking after any kind of non satisfactory notification. We have the feeling that many of your different comments could have been easily solved by our teams. Our main target is to make sure you enjoy your holidays, but if we don’t know about your non satisfaction in the hotel itself rather than through a scree, we cannot proceed properly and unfortunately there is nothing we can do right now. Regarding your impression to the staff at the reception, the concerned department will receive your message so we can improve our service that with no doubt, our guests deserve.
