令人很高兴的是,当你走进一家酒店,服务员们会记得你。从机场接你的出租车司机到酒店里的每一个人的礼貌客气都是值得你去体验的。客房服务及时,餐厅的菜系搭配得当。

来电后,半夜电视自动开启了很多次。房间很冷,关掉空调后仍然冷,冷风从管道中流出。水温就像泳池中的水。

At the outset allow me to thank you for your patronage towards The Radisson Blu, Faridabad.

Your feedback is very valuable to us as 'moments of truth' never cease in our business and it is most important to immediately rectify our shortcomings and listen to feedback to ensure corrective measures.

It is sad to know you did not enjoy your stay due to frequent power cuts and cold temperature in the room.
The only explanation that I can give is the fact that during peak monsoon time we tend to stop the AC plant(Chiller) but the fresh air still circulates and due to low ambient temperature, the air in the room feels cold. We do provide heaters should a guest request for one.

I look forward to your benevolence in not allowing this experience to color your impression of our usual standards and services.

We look forward to have you staying with us in the future and allowing us to take care of you in the manner that you so rightfully deserve.

酒店干净、漂亮,员工也很友好,我们肯定会再来住的。靠近地铁,出行非常方便。酒店非常注意细节,房间非常便利和舒适。丽笙现在是我最喜欢的酒店品牌。我希望我能多住一会儿。

酒店有非常柔软的枕头和毯子。睡觉很舒服。每个人都很友好。在第二层,Priya整个星期都很友好,当然每个人也一样。我很高兴。一切都很干净,淋浴的感觉很棒。食物也不错,尤其是一楼的卡巴餐厅。
