入住日期：2023年12月房间建议： 不懂英文的国人来玩也不用担心啦！就是要带些防滑拖鞋，酒店拖鞋不太好。

Thank you very much for taking the time to highlight and share your very much valued feedback in regards to your recent stay with us at W Maldives, we were truly delighted to see you rating your stay as a 5 out of 5 and could not feel more delighted to hear you had such a great stay experience with us.
We were thrilled to see our whatever/whenever service promise came through all around highlighting the service extended by our amazing talent highlighting Olivia and was pleased to learn you thoroughly enjoyed our Beverage and food offering. Wonderful to hear you were able to discover the amazing underwater world of our award winning house-reef ranked as amongst the best in the country. I was sorry to learn about the encounter with one of our talent and would like to apologize, I will personally look into your feedback to make sure we provide additional training.
Very much hope we will get another opportunity to welcome you back on your next visit to the Maldives.

我的蜜月旅行，总体让我感觉很棒，超出我的预期。感谢赠送的蜜月礼遇，两天沙屋两天水屋，各有特色，躺下面对的就是大海让我很开心。下了一天半雨，但不影响心情。浮潜环境完美，每天都下水，海龟鲨鱼都能看到。
绝大多数服务人员都很好，whatapp或电话回应及时，电瓶车接送服务也很贴心。
预约餐厅时，fire餐厅的经理liru从我们的口味出发，推荐很好的菜品给我们。
fish餐厅比较难约，我提前两天预约了七点的晚餐，并在whatsapp中得到确认。不过当我到达餐厅时，fish餐厅经理以没有查到我房间号的预约为由，当时她甚也没有跟前台确认这件事，就让我去旁边的sip酒吧等着，直到她来通知我，餐厅当时还很空，这件事让我太太不太开心。我们按照她说的在sip酒吧等待，前一天为我们服务过的silva给了我们很好的服务。
除了餐厅和因为天气原因没能玩滑翔伞外，一切都很棒。

We were thrilled to see our whatever/whenever service promise came through all around and that you had such an amazing experience with our talent and in particular Liru in FIRE Restaurant. Appreciate you letting us know in regards to your reservation at FISH, do rest assured feedback has been highlighted among the team, thus it is through valued guests like yourself we can continue to further improve and enhance experience overall.
