hi there, i'm a son of the owners, writing to ask you for a big SORRY. last november i took over the reservation department cause of that... overbooking!!! last year was a disaster, they lost more than 3000 euros cause the price that they r paying to tranfer u to another apartment is much higher than the price that receiving from the travel agency plus the disappointed customers... so you can imagine. 2015 looks good with more than 150 recervations without a sinlge overbook and that's our goal. friends ask for stenna they will get stenna. really sorry for what happened to you and i hope one day i can 'repay' you with our hospitality. thanks.
