We would like to inform you that we have iron and iron board for free at disposal for guests, you just have to ask for it at the front desk.
We are focused on our guests satisfaction, so we take into consideration your comments about the air conditioning which is going to be double checked by an external company.

很棒的酒店，非常干净和舒服的床，离公交车站和地铁站不是很近，但是离机场还是挺近的，附近有一个很棒的商场，你可以再里面买到任何东西

在我们参观巴塞罗纳之前没几天，我们预定的酒店，就是预定的这个地方，只有这个地方还可以预定。距离市中心不算远。大约10分钟可以达到火车，再走20分钟可以抵达西班牙广场。对于我们想要的，这家酒店还算好（我们想要的就是一个地方可以睡觉洗澡）

房间不错，很干净。但你醒来后，你就睡不着了，因为街上太吵了。酒店周围是工业区。早餐很好，但他们做的是真“快”的早餐。

我们在这吃早餐的时候被偷东西了，旅馆的接待员才不管呢，他们的行为感觉就好像这是一个日常问题。早餐很差，这家旅馆还有一股很难闻的气味。幸运的是，它靠近一家不错的购物中心，可以在那里吃饭和购物。

Thank you for sharing with us your vision of our hotel. Our guests´ experience contributes to the continuous improvement of our customer service.
We are very sorry for what happened during your stay. Me and my team care for our guests comfort and we are sorry you could not feel it. We advice guests to look after their personal belongings and we have a sign about it at reception. There are safety deposit boxes in rooms that can be used out of charge.
Thank you about your comments about our situation next to shopping centre Splau!, we are glad that you could have a nice time there.
