可能这次我们住的比较倒霉，也可能酒店所谓的“holiday, peak season ”为理由。试问整个酒店已经知道住客多少人数了，为何check in还有吃一个个早餐还要排队约半个小时才可以进入？再来，客服以“客房靠近club house”没办法安排buggy载送服务，即使你是带着一堆行李和小孩，你也只能自己提着一堆东西抱着小孩，一步一步走到club house排队等public buggy!! 他们说已经讲了会安排buggy去客房载，等了半小时，还是让你孩子哭闹的情况下被逼带着一堆行李走路！最可恨的是那些乘客上了public buggy的没耐心等候我们搬行李，他们说我们没有带脑子出门不会打电话叫buggy去客房前面。有谁能理解我们那种明明是去度假的心情，却被这样弄到心里不满。奉劝带孩子去度假的或者带不能步行太久的亲朋戚友，慎重考虑清楚才预订！

我和男友住一晚Superior room。付五百多马币。房间里有一只苍蝇飞来飞去。冷气口不断有铁敲打声。我们外出吃完晚饭回，房间门开不到。换了三张卡才用钥匙打开。原来没电池了。共等了30分钟。他换了电池，没看冷气口的怪声，就走了。早餐就很失望。普通人都会煮的食物，让顾客尝。米粉很硬，不能吃。其他的就勉强吃。面包类不错吃。泳池在大家吃早餐面前是不合适。服务员都不错，要求面向夕阳房间都有给。接送车都不必久等。希望改天有改进，我们就可能会再住。要不然就.....

这是我第二次住这酒店，非常干净，服务也非常好！
孩子非常喜欢这里，这里的环境很漂亮！
孩子喜欢在沙滩玩沙堡。
疫情的关系，泳池有限制人数和时间，可见酒店在这方面做出了努力。
早餐选择很多，也很好吃！
但晚上的自助餐有点贵，我们选择了中式餐厅，食物好吃，但价格偏高。
这家酒店可以看到日出和日落，这对喜欢摄影的人来说，是一项加分项！
比较可惜的是，泳池很小，也没有泳池bar台，挺可惜的！
我很喜欢这家酒店，但价格偏高，但若有优惠，我还是会到访。

早餐不是很好柜台办理不是笑容满面度假村车服务人员都很好，小孩子不是很多东西可以玩，叫的水没有等了很久才来而且好贵 ，不值得，还是会选择去住因为有可以挖蛤蜊孩子最喜欢的活动其他没有的钓鱼很无聊其他就是普普通通蚊子很多晚上风很大没有体验过的
