酒店景观和硬件设施都不错，就是卫生清洁做的太差，因为去过兰卡威所以对这边的海没有多高预期，整体上性价比是不错的

1) 工作人员搞错我的入住日期，虽然后续也成功入住。
2)接驳车司机非常没有礼貌!! 我正准备去泳池，刚好有一辆接驳车经过，因为我家人还没从房间出来， 因此我没有拦下接驳车，然后司机突然向后退问我是不是要去泳池， 我回答: 是的，但是我家人还没出来，我可以等下一趟接驳车。
司机马上用很没礼貌的语气问我: 为什么你不要拦我!!! (我也无语了，我的教养告诉我，让整车人等我，这是很没礼貌的事情!)
3)餐厅工作人员缺乏训练，收拾很慢，早上和晚上的工作人员都没有笑容，最热情，最有礼貌的工作人员是表演烟火秀的。然后，我告诉餐厅柜台房号后，她就说［OK］。没有人带我去桌子 需要自己去探索，这是我第一次入住，我也不清楚哪里是用餐区啊!! 去到用餐区， 我要去跟其他旅客抢干净的桌子!!我是来度假，不是来探险!!!

We deeply regret the mistake regarding your check-in date. Although the situation was resolved and you successfully checked in, we understand the frustration this may have caused. We are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
We are very sorry to hear about your encounter with both the buggy and restaurant team members. The behaviour you described is completely unacceptable and not reflective of the high standards we set for our staff. We will be conducting additional training sessions to improve our service and ensure all our guests feel welcomed and well cared for.

整体上都非常满意。渡假村环境优美，房间宽大，睡的舒服。服务组都友善，服务至上。飲食和活动都喜欢，尢其是fire-show太棒了。谢谢所有表演员。

整体是不错的。如果其他的可以改善一下的话，有机会还是可以再一次去体验、看看、享受一下阳光和温暖的环境。

我和男友住一晚Superior room。付五百多马币。房间里有一只苍蝇飞来飞去。冷气口不断有铁敲打声。我们外出吃完晚饭回，房间门开不到。换了三张卡才用钥匙🔑打开。原来没电池了。共等了30分钟。他换了电池，没看冷气口的怪声，就走了。早餐就很失望。普通人都会煮的食物，让顾客尝。米粉很硬，不能吃。其他的就勉强吃。面包类不错吃。泳池在大家吃早餐面前是不合适。服务员都不错，要求面向夕阳房间都有给。接送车都不必久等。希望改天有改进，我们就可能会再住。要不然就.....
